Deadline submission for contributed talks is January, 15, 2019. Poster abstracts may be submitted until March, 7, 2019.
The registration fee is 200.- Euro before January 15, 2019.
After this deadline for early registration, the conference fee will be 250.- Euro.
Registration is possible until the day before the meeting.
A fee of 60.- Euro is charged for an accompanying person.
The registration fee includes coffee breaks, the reception on Sunday, March 10, 2019, and the conference dinner on Tuesday, March 12, 2019.
In case of payment from non-EU countries please make sure that we will receive the full amount and any charges for the bank transfer are booked at your own expense.
We recommend payment via bank transfer. Unfortunately, the University charges additional fees for credit cards, which requires that we increase the registration fee by 30.- Euro. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please contact us at astro-conf2019@lists.fau.de.
BE AWARE OF SCAM: Unfortunately, we know that unknown suspects might try to steel your credit card information! In case you get a phone call either from Business Travel Management or from somebody claiming to organize accommodation, please hang up immediately! Please forward any information which might help catching the suspects to us. Do not share your payment details with anyone or enter these into online forms! Furthermore, we will not ask you to pay the fee by credit card as we recommend bank transfer (see the following for details).
