Concerning your talks
———————
To avoid delays due to technical issues, our preferred option is the use of the official conference laptop (Windows 7 with latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and PowerPoint Viewer 14.0) for your presentation. To do that, please provide us with a PDF file of your talk before the start of the session, in which your talk is scheduled. However, you may also use your own laptop if necessary (Testing the connection to the projector with us in advance is highly recommended.). The projector has ports for VGA and HDMI and an aspect ratio of 16:9. Apple users should not forget to bring an appropriate adapter.

Posters:
——–
The maximum size for the poster is A0 portrait (841mm width x 1189mm height). Please bring a printed version. We can not provide a print service.

APPLAUSE session
—————-
On Monday afternoon a special session on the “Archives of Photographic PLates for Astronomical USE” is scheduled. Because it will include hand-on tutorials, please bring your laptops.

Conference Proceedings:
———————–
No conference proceedings are foreseen. However, we offer to make conference presentations available on the APPLAUSE website, if provided in pdf format.

Looking forward to meeting you soon.
