Remeis Messier Marathon 2011

From Remeis-Wiki

The goal is to take a picture of all 110 Messier Objects in a single night. To make things a little easier, we plan to use at least two telescopes, the 40cm and the 10".

The following list should provide a guide as to when observe which object with which instrument.

Rising and Setting times are for 2011/03/18 in Bamberg, when the object reaches an altitude of 10 deg above the horizon.

Astronomical twilight after sunset on 2011/03/18: 20:15 CET
Astronomical twilight before sunrise on 2011/03/19: 04:34 CET
