added a new xfig_color_scheme (specially suited for color blindness) 

4 schemes are available:

CB_COLOR_SCHEME
CB_COLOR_SCHEME_NB (*N*ot starting with *B*lack)
CB_COLOR_SCHEME2
CB_COLOR_SCHEME2_NB (*N*ot starting with *B*lack)

(this schemes are arrays of strings to the respective color name in xfig)
