added psd_lc and KM_test

psd_lc simulates lightcurves for a given Power Spectral Density.
It is possible to add Poisson noise and simulate two lightcurves with a given time lag spectrum
KM_test computes the test statistics of a two sample Kolmagorov Smirnov test.
