Rewrite of 'plotGTI' routine

Rewrite of 'plotGTI' to scale the GTIs to the previous yrange
if overplot qualifier is given. Removed redundant and buggy
implementation of 'oplotGTIs' (backward compability ensured).
Moved plot functions to src/plot.
