changed isis_fancy_plots.sl:

1) does now use the bin_corr_factor in plot_data/unfold (used in
load_fermi and necessary to properly plot fermi data)

2) removed the (very) old version. Please tell me if you don't agree.
However, the changes for plotting fermi data made in this commit won't
be available in the "old version" and therefore calling this old
version might produce wrong results/plots.
