foucalc: Add deadtime info when verbose set

* The default deadtime in foucalc is 1e-5s (motivated from RXTE)
* This might lead to different noise levels when the actual deadtime
  of the analyzed instrument is different.
* To ensure backwards compatibility, only add deadtime information to
  verbose string and don't change default deadtime to zero
