Foucalc: Add error on cross spectrum

* The (complex) error on the cross spectrum is the standard error on
  the mean, i.e. stddev/sqrt(N), computed from the cross-spectra of
  the individual segments.
* The foucalc return struct contains the error as fields errrealcpd
  and errimagcpd
