Small changes to fit GIT structure

modified:   Makefile
removed rsync to Pulsar and Crux, as GIT is taking over the function of
distributing all scripts. Maybe include "git-commit -a" instead in future
version

Help-Files and complete script that is produced via Makefile. Should be
changed everytime changes to part of the script are made.
