FIX xfig_plot_image to deal with decending x/y-grids

The calculation of the plot size uses the x/y-grids, unless a
qualifier is given. For not-ascending arrays (e.g., negative
RA/DEC values) this could resulted in negative plot sizes.

Added missing qualifiers to help text.
