major mpi_fit_pars bug solved

Previously, there were problems if more free parameters than
parameters for the error calculation were given. Although
uncertainties should in general be calculated for all free paramters
simultaneuously, there might be reasons sometimes to do this fir only
on a smaller subset of parameters. The new version properly includes
this feature.
