Adding a new set of function, isisrc_line_models.sl, which is a riff

on something Manfred did years ago, but simplified.  The idea is to be
able to add typical line models with custom names, ordered by either
wavelength or energy.

Eventually, I'd like to add some simple ways of doing functional ties,
but I want to think about that a bit first.
