get_sixte_eventfile_statistic: add option to give input as Struct_Type

* If the input filename is of Struct_Type the pattern distribution is
  not read off the header keywords, but only the energy-resolved
  pattern fractions are calculated
* Rename the file from *_statistics.sl to *_statistic.sl as function name
* Export energy-resolved pattern fraction calculation into own function
