added EasterSunday function (INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE)

This commits adds a new function to calculate the Easter Sunday, which
has much more functionality than the earlier, undocumented function of
the same name. The change introduces an INCOMPATIBILITY with respect
to the earlier function, which returned the date of Easter Sunday as
the number of days since -1 March of the year.
