added src/data/timing/pfold.sl

added a adoption of the IDL script pfold.pro, used to fold a lightcurve on a given period. pfold.sl is still in beta-Status and does not allow not use eventfiles or GTIs. But it takes the exposure time of each lightcurve bin into account, contrary to sitar_pfold_rate.
The script will be enhanced soon.
