Changed the definition of the minus model in isisrc_line_models to

allow it to go negative or posititve.  Looking for a clever work
around for the fact that hard limits on most models are stupidly set,
so if you want to allow a line to be emission or subtraction, and
smoothly go through zero, you either have to code in __set_hard_limit
changes, or do it via an additional function.
