Updates to isisrc_line_models, as I slowly zero in on a final format

for the line models.  Fixed some bugs in delete_line as well.  Now
allow multiple instances of the same line in the overall model,
delineated by different instances (i.e., xg_FeKa(1), xg_FeKa(2),
etc.).
