simple_gpile3 (convolution model for pileup in Chandra HETGS spectra) added

This is just a more convenient version of simple_gpile2:

beta is now parameterized in terms of beta0 = 3*Dlambda * Tframe,
and the index of the data set does not have to be set as parameter,
but is taken from Isis_Active_Dataset.
