Updated "fit_interactive.sl" to include the qualifier 'plotscript'. Allows the user to run the interactive fits
with the plotting script of choice. If the qualifier is not set, then the script reverts to using the defined
'plotfunction' set in the first argument of the function (and this must still be set regardless).
