added angle_to_rad and greatcircle_distance functions

angle_to_rad can convert degrees (also deg:arcmin:arcsec)
             and hour angles (also h:m:s) to radians

greatcircle_distance calculates the angular distance of two points on a sphere
                     (and will probably have to be renamed)
