SPLIT pulsarorbit INTO dopplerorbit AND pulsartorque 

Split the fit-function 'pulsarorbit' into the separate fit-functions
'dopplerorbit' and 'pulsartorque'. Move 'pulsarorbit_fluxerror_mc'
into separate file. Require more testing and backward compatibility!
