Adjust the function 'syn_spec_script_builder' to changes in the ATLAS

and DETAIL codes with respect to the implementation of convergence as
well as to updates of scripts related to model atoms.

1) The convergence of ATLAS-DETAIL interations (ADI) now considers
   depth points starting at index 15 instead of index 10.
2) The default value of the qualifier 'ADI' is changed from 10 to 25.
3) The qualifier 'out_files' is removed because the 'clean' qualifier
   is much better suited for debugging.
4) The qualifiers 'ALI' and 'Ng' are added.
5) The list of oxygen lines in 'templates/linelist.txt' is adjusted
   to the revised model atom.
