Make the qualifiers 'vmin' and 'vmax' of the function 'macroscopic_broadening_profile' redundant.

By improving the function 'c_functions->pulsational_profile', the qualifiers
'vmin' and 'vmax' of the function 'macroscopic_broadening_profile' are no
longer needed and, thus, removed.
