Add the feature that parameters reaching their limits are marked in red in PDFs

Uncertainties that reach the limits of their allowed parameter
ranges will be colored in red in the PDF files to stress that
those errors might only be lower limits. This change requires
the use of the latest templates to avoid error messages from
'pdflatex' or 'spectroscopy_collect_results'.
