Revise the photometric template

The photometric template file "templates/photometry.sl" has been
revised:
1) Added the option to overplot data from TD1.
2) Fixed some inconsistencies in the resultng PDF files when there
   was no error computation.
3) Fixed some inconsistencies related to the blackbody component.
