Adjust the function 'syn_spec_script_builder' to changes in the ATLAS and DETAIL codes

1) The default value of the qualifier 'iteration_factor' is changed
   from 3 to 1 because each iteration cycle now covers 60 instead of
   15 iterations.
2) The ATLAS12-DETAIL interations now use the same 'iteration_factor'
   and accelerated lambda iterations (ALI) as the ordinary ATLAS12
   and DETAIL runs because both codes do now stop as soon as the
   computation converged sufficiently. It is thus no longer necessary
   to provide request less iterations.
