Change the meaning of the qualifier 'norm_chi_red' in the function 'photometric_fitting'

Instead of being a scaling factor, 'norm_chi_red' is now an
additional excess uncertainty (e.g., to account for unknown
systematic uncertainties) that is automatically estimated
by requiring that the reduced chi-square at the best fit is
close to unity.
