Revise the function 'macroscopic_broadening_profile'

Instead of functions from the c_functions-module.so, the
function 'macroscopic_broadening_profile' now uses the
function 'non_radial_pulsations' to compute pulsationally
driven spectral line-profile variations. Because the
function 'non_radial_pulsations' has more parameters than
those from the c_functions-module.so, various other
functions are updated as well.
