PhD hat for Jonathan

'''Week of 7th-13th of February 2022''': Construction of the hat; the hat and all the stuff to put on it are stored at the observatory (office/desk of Christian Kirsch on the 3rd floor) so that everything can be done there by a small number of people (maybe 3-4?); the handover of the hat will also be done in Bamberg since Jonathan lives there

The hat has already been built by me (David). The hat platform is about 30 x 30 cm, the cylinder is about 11.5 cm high. The diameter of the cylinder is about 18 cm (for Amy).
