We did test this new version as thoroughly as we could, but we need as many testers as possible. So if you are familiar with SIXTE and would like to test our BETA version, just download the BETA below and give us feedback, we could not appreciate it more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please also download the slightly updated xml files for the WFI, X-IFU and eRosita, as the new SIXTE requires some extra keywords. Please also read the instructions on the new build system and software usage below<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Changes in the new version:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>one tool for everything: <code><strong>sixtesim<\/strong><\/code><\/li><li>multiple <strong>simputs<\/strong> and <strong>xml-files<\/strong> as comma separated lists<\/li><li>multiple detectors in one xml (meaning, eg. Configure project and create build directory:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><code>cmake -S . -B build -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=simputdir<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>where <code><code>simputdir<\/code><\/code> specifies the installation directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
