Update the file refdata/vizier_catalogues.dat

Updates include:
1) Fix a typo (Hipparchos -> Hipparcos)
2) Add colors (B-V, U-V, R-V, I-V) from catalog II/237/colors
3) Add model magnitudes (umag, gmag, rmag, imag, zmag) from catalog V/139/sdss9
